If 90 Day Fiancé is known to have some of reality TV’s most disastrous couples, Danielle and Mohamed Jbali lead the pack, and it’s time for an update on the pair. Famous for being the show’s first ever-controversial duo, Danielle and Mohamed still make headlines. Things went wrong for Danielle from the start. From the first episode that showed her shedding tears, to her controversial wedding, to Mohamed fleeing within two weeks of saying I do.
Danielle met Mohamed in an online chat room before appearing on 90 Day Fiancé season 2. The show saw Mohammed arrive at Danielle’s house on a K-1 visa as her children questioned his intentions, and he, in turn, refused to get intimate, citing religious rules. The pair ended up married, despite knowing that Danielle was no sugar mama; however, Mohamed moved to Miami before the end credits rolled. This began the drama documented on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? and follow-up shows.
Shocking Facts About Mohamed & Danielle’s Relationship Revealed
After Mohamed revealed he’d never been attracted to Danielle and said a few unsavory things about her, he also recounted calling the police on her for various sketchy activities, such as opening an account in his name. As Nicki Swift reported, Mohamed left Danielle right after getting his Green Card, which made her “feel used” and file for an annulment to get him thrown out of the country, citing infidelity. However, 90 Day Fiancé’s Danielle claimed Mohammed begged her not to get a divorce “so he could stay in America.” The pair ended up divorcing in March 2017.
Mohamed Still Lives In The U.S.
While Mohamed was able to stay in the U.S., he was moving across Miami, Austin, and Chicago, and and Indianapolis, after he claimed, in December 2019, that he was homeless. To “go after the big money,” Mohamed revealed his plans of becoming a truck driver, “waking up in a different state every day” with his dog Bowie, an Akita. However, Mohamed got a different job as of 2022 and is a day trader.
Mohamed love life has also changed. On Valentine’s Day 2024, Mohamed hinted at being in a relationship after sharing a picture of a letter addressed to his “Habibi.” Following that, in April 2024, Mohamed hard launched his now-wife in an Instagram post, and revealed in the comments that his wife was American. Not much is known about Mohamed’s wife, Jillian, but they do live in North Carolina. She is a divorcee with no children from her previous relationship.

Shockingly, Mohamed announced that he and Jillian had a son in December 2023. Danielle had commented on the post with kind words, signifying that there is no continued resentment there. Mohamed and his wife keep their personal lives very private now, and they have not updated 90 Day Fiance fans on anything about their lives together.
Danielle Is Pursuing Her Career Dreams
Danielle appeared on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1, where she was filmed going on dates with different men.
It was a cringy viewing experience, as she told the man she liked that Mohamed had said she smelled bad.
No relationships came out of the season for Danielle either. Since then, Danielle has been more focused on herself. She has gone, and graduated from, nursing school, and she is now a Registered Nurse as of December 2024. She started a GoFundMe while in nursing school to help cover the costs.
While they haven’t reconnected in years, Danielle and Mohamed are allegedly friends and have buried the hatchet. The pair will never be romantic again, but Danielle seems happy, boasting weight-loss pictures and celebrating her birthdays in style with her family. There’s no question that Mohamed used Danielle on 90 Day Fiancé, but it seems their lives have worked out for the best.
