This Surprising Married At First Sight Couple Is Pregnant With Twins At A Pivotal Franchise Time
Over the last 18 seasons, 69 couples have been matched. Of those matched by the experts, 13 are still together, and one of the couples who carried on an affair, David Trimble and Madison Myers, matched themselves and are still together.
Nicole and Chris Thielk were matched by Dr. Pia Holec, Pastor Cal Roberson, and Dr. Pepper Schwartz in Married at First SIght season 16, which took place in Nashville and was filmed in 2022. Nicole and Chris said yes to each other come decision day, and have only been making strides in their relationship ever since.
Their biggest news yet comes as the pair announced in a joint Instagram post that they are expecting twins.
In a cute sonogram reveal video to the song “What Dreams Are Made Of” by Hilary Duff, Nicole and Chris held up baby onesies where one said, “Oh s**t,” and the other said, “There’s two,” in addition to the sonogram.
As a whole, Chris and Nicole’s MAFS journey was marked by emotional and physical compatibility, even though Chris told Nicole that she was “thicker” than his average type. Their biggest challenges were integrating their dogs and living situation as well as getting Nicole’s dad on board.
However, the pair were obviously smitten with each other, and that has carried on into 2025.
The pair bought their first house in 2024, and now they have two babies on the way, making them one of the biggest Married at First Sight success stories.
