Pedro Jimeno from The Family Chantel is in the Dominican Republic to celebrate a special occasion with his family. The reality star was once happily married to Chantel Everett. However, as Pedro excelled as a real estate agent, he started looking down on Chantel and filed for divorce in May 2022. Fast-forward to November 2024, he recently shared a downhearted Instagram Story, a video of himself looking out the window of a plane. In the video, Pedro suggested that he was flying out of the United States and included sad music lyrics about living without love and affection.

Although he didn’t write a personalized message to his mother, it was clear that he wanted to make her feel special and didn’t mind traveling a long distance to be present on her big day. Additionally, Pedro posted another Instagram Story, a full-length selfie with the song “Feeling Good” by Michael Bublé.
The Family Chantel viewers may have noticed that Pedro and Lidia don’t have a healthy or typical mother-son relationship. The two have had numerous heated arguments on the show, indicating a lack of respect for each other. Lidia had even mocked Chantel, who loved Pedro deeply, showing a lack of regard for their marriage. Pedro had also shown disrespect towards his mother by getting into a physical altercation with her former boyfriend, Scott Wern.
