Married At First Sight season 18’s experts have been called out for their refusal to help Emem Obot with her difficult marriage to Ikechi Ojoré, proving they aren’t fit to continue on the show as it stands. Emem and Ikechi, just one of the couples who have been matched up on Married At First Sight season 18, have been experiencing difficulties in their relationship throughout the experiment. While many have been able to find solace in the MAFS experts, comprised of Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Pia Holec, and Pastor Cal Roberson, they haven’t been helpful to Emem and Ikechi yet.

In a recent episode, Ikechi and Emem sat down with Pastor Cal and Dr. Pia to discuss their difficulties after Ikechi disappeared after a heated argument at the couples’ anniversary dinner. While he’s tried to make it seem like he’s suffering, Ikechi’s behavior has been brutal toward Emem throughout the run of the season, as he’s tried to make it seem like she’s aggressive toward him when he’s simply uninterested in Emem’s personality.
