While Chrisley bagged a Lifetime deal to air their new family reality show, Chase revealed that Chrisley Knows Best used to be different from its current incarnation. USA Network ran 10 seasons of the sitcom, but it ended when Julie and Todd were arrested in 2023 for tax evasion and bank fraud charges. No wonder the Lifetime documentary will be totally unlike all their past shows. The upcoming show will have laughs, but it also comprises more truth.
Chrisley Knows Best: Chase Pokes Fun At Todd About Not Knowing How To Drive A Car!
Todd and Chase Chrisley are back to cracking jokes about each other as a father and son. The latter shared a video as an Instagram Reel on Thursday, June 3, to say that the former couldn’t impress him with his driving knowledge. He revealed that as he was heading to a meeting, he saw his dad driving very poorly.
Todd almost doesn’t know how to drive. This made Chase say that he had stained his shirt himself. In the video, he narrated the story of why the liquid stain was imprinted on his shirt, while Todd was seen smiling smugly in the driver’s seat. He jested to him, “You should’ve taken driver’s ed while you were in there.”
Chase expected Todd to have at least improved his driving back when he was in the federal prison facility. Though he was joking, fans loved his light banter with his dad. The former Growing Up Chrisley star wrote in the caption, “This is what I deal with…. I still love you even though you are a pain in the ass, @toddchrisley.”
Chase is now a self-made entrepreneur, having started an alcohol-free drinks business named Gold Drop. After he consumed alcohol due to dysfunction in the family without his mom and dad, he turned sober. He pledged to never touch alcohol again in his life, so he inspired others to take on his path with his new beverages.
