Singer is known for the 2019 college admissions scandal. He was in the same prison as Todd. They spoke a few times, but things turned uncomfortable. Soon, the latter couldn’t help himself and used harsh words for the former. Todd called Singer one of the biggest snitches in America. Singer also asked Todd if he planned to write a book. After that, they both stopped talking to each other.
But things got worse when Todd heard Singer had mentioned Savannah. It happened a few months after their first interaction. That made Todd furious, and he threatened him.
