Asuelu started his reality TV journey with Kalani Faagata in 90 Day Fiancé season 6 in 2018. Samoan man Asuelu tied the knot with Kalani, and the couple welcomed two kids together before the cracks started to show in their marriage. Kalani was keeping a big secret about Asuelu and only got it off her chest during therapy. Kalani ended up connecting with a new man thanks to Asuelu’s folly.
Kalani and Asuelu sparked split rumors in early 2023, after an episode of 90 Day Diaries where she claimed Asuelu had been a dangerous father. Kalani had contemplated divorce during COVID-19. She was tired of being a stay-at-home mom while Asuelu was out and about, playing golf and getting the free time she didn’t get. Kalani and Asuelu moved to California after Kalani’s mom put their Utah house on sale. He may have hinted at where he wants to spend the rest of his life when he goes back home. However, the 90 Day: The Last Resort star doesn’t seem to be the kind to give up the comforts he experiences in America.
