As Tiffany Franco appeared in The Single Life from 90 Day Fiance, she depicted her journey as a single mom trying to find love. While most of her journey was interesting, she still decided to go to South Africa to see her ex, Ronald Smith. Something in her heart told her it would be okay to give things a chance again with him. However, it only ended up being rather disastrous, as seen in the Tell All segment.
During the Tell All, when Ronald joined the cast members on a video call, Tiffany was ready to expose him. She outed him for having a gambling addiction. She admitted how he had also stolen her credit card once and taken out over $200 in one go. When he didn’t have a strong defense, Ronald called his ex-wife a “liar” and ended up breaking his camera during his anger fit, and the crew had to stop recording.

As mentioned above, when there were irreconcilable differences in their marriage, Tiffany moved back to the US. Her husband remained in South Africa. While they were separated, they hadn’t done it officially through a divorce. Well, recent documents reveal that the former 90 Day Fiance couple went through with the process. The records from Circuit Court for Frederick County say the divorce filing happened on February 19.
While Ronald and Tiffany’s case was open for a few months, their divorce finally took place on April 25, 2025. The former wanted to share this update as his ex is all set to appear in the new 90 Day Hunt For love spin-off. It’s meant for single cast members from the show. It turns out, Ronald Smith had filed for divorce in 2021 itself after the duo was in a bad spot in their marriage for quite some time.
However, Tiffany was all set to delay the divorce proceedings. She did so as she was financially in a tight spot, because coming back from South Africa and starting afresh in America drew a hole in her pockets. She was trying to balance everything out while also parenting her two kids Daniel and Carly on her own. So, all she wanted was a little more time to get her finances in order before the divorce took place.
Well, all that is in the past as the latest update from 2025 has just confirmed that Tiffany and Ronald are officially divorced now.
