90 Day Fiance: Mike Eloshway Banned From Seeing His Daughter After Prison Release!
Mike Eloshway has been a prominent star from 90 Day Fiance. He appeared in the very first season with his Russian wife-to-be, Aziza. However, years after his debut on the show, he has been making headlines for bone-chilling felonies. He has become the second star from the TLC network to face an arrest for possessing and receiving CSAM after Josh Duggar from 19 Kids And Counting.
The arrest took place in June 2024. Since then, the details about his trial have taken over the internet. He also had to undergo a polygraph test. After all, Mike and Aziza have a 5-year-old daughter together. Now, more details are coming out from the verdict following his prison sentence, and there are strict norms he would have to adhere to. So, what are they?
90 Day Fiance: Mike Questioned About His Daughter During His Polygraph Test
When Mike Eloshway made headlines about possessing CSAM, things took a sharp turn in his life. After all, he has a daughter with his wife, Aziza, as shown on 90 Day Fiance. Hence, when undergoing a polygraph test following the day of the search warrant, the officials questioned him about his daughter. Mike had given his consent for the test. They asked if he had any “sexual contact with children.”
As Mike denied this, the test showed that he was being “truthful.” While the test was only meant for the former reality TV star to answer questions about his daughter, Agent Pieja expanded its scope. They questioned him about the CSAM on his computer as well. They asked if he knew how TOR files work. He said yes. It meant that he was guilty of distributing the content because of the “peer-to-peer” network.
90 Day Fiance: Mike Eloshway Prohibitted To Be In Contact With His Daughter Without Supervision!
As mentioned above, 90 Day Fiance fans were very concerned to learn about Mike Eloshway’s felonies. Well, as per the court verdict, he would have to do time for 10 years, i.e., a decade. After the trial and the outcome, new details have come into the limelight about Mike’s sentence. As per inTouch, Mike will have to register himself as a “sex offender.” That’s not all. He must seek treatment for it, too.
Mike will also have to undergo polygraph tests routinely. Judgment papers have been obtained with orders from the judge who had the reality TV star’s case under him. While the guilty verdict came in July 2024, the prison sentence was announced in October of the same year. He will also be on probation for another ten years. The sentence includes a $10,000 fine.
Mike will also have to pay $5,000 to two victims who were a part of the videos on Mike’s device. The court said he should do time in a prison in Ohio. That way, his family would get to visit him. He won’t be allowed to be in direct contact with minors, even his own daughter, until and unless a probation officer allows it. Direct contact includes in-person interaction, written interaction, and physical contact.
The court also wants Mike to undergo a “treatment program” and be part of a mental health evaluation.
