90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Loren Allen is going through a gut-wrenching illness again after revealing he had gonorrhea to his girlfriend Faith Tudoc in season 7. Loren is a 34-year-old man from Las Vegas currently starring in the spin-off with ladyboy partner Faith. Loren was married before and has two kids he wanted to seemingly abandon by deciding to relocate to the Philippines. Loren kept Faith in the dark about his homelessness back in the U.S. He also kept cheating on Faith who thought they were exclusive. Loren had an STD when he went to meet Faith.
Loren has become a controversial cast member for his life choices and his mistreatment of Faith on the show.
Adding to his list of controversies is a Facebook live by Loren where he happened to reveal his latest medical concern. 90 Day Fiancé blogger Shabooty posted a screenrecording of Loren’s live where a strange man enters the screen asking Loren if he had an “accident” last night before adding, “In your pants.” The man tells Loren he found some “stains” on the sofa. Shabooty captioned the video, “Loren Allen defiles couch he was sleeping on.” Loren can be heard telling the man that he had blood coming out from his “organ” and that his shorts were “soaked in blood.”
“I ate a bunch of chicken bones… didn’t pass through.”
Loren tells the man that he had eaten chicken bones, which led to him having blood in his stools. Shabooty explained that Loren had gone live while couch-surfing. He bled all over the couch of the man in the video.
Loren had wished to settle down abroad because he could work remotely there and live a comfortable life instead of one of homelessness. Loren used to sleep with people and stay over at their houses just to have a roof over his head. It’s not known who the man in the video is, but Loren did show up in the comments to write that he had chicken feet and the bones “just slow you down.” It’s the first time Loren ever got internal bleeding, but it was “gone now.”
