As the new Hunt For Love began, Cortney decided to approach Usman. The 90 Day Fiance star said that she had met him for a week. That’s because he was visiting Istanbul, Turkey and she was already there. So, she took time out to show him around the city and even slept in his hotel room. However, when it was time for them to intereact in the show, Usman straight up said he didn’t know her.
Well, this behavior didn’t impress anyone. Cortney was hurt by this and said it in the confessional. Well, Usman also justified himself. He said he was trying to have a sense of humor by pretending he didn’t know her when he did. It was quite strange, and viewers didn’t understand why he was so cold to her. Another cast member, Chantel Everett also had a lot to say about Usman.

Chantel admitted that she has been close to Cortney. In fact, the 90 Day Fiance stars are so close that the former texted the latter during her trip to Turkey. She admitted to reading a lot of things about Usman and told her friend to watch her back. Well, she brought the same attitude in Hunt For Love and was sceptical of Usman. Usman, on the other hand, didn’t understand why Everett was so judgmental when he wasn’t doing the same to her.
That’s how their fight began. Chantel said that it’s all over social media that Usman is a “green card scammer.” Well, when viewers saw this unfold on their screens, they had a lot to say. Many believed that Chantel should mind her business and focus on forming connections. They said everyone knows what Usman had been up to but they didn’t care because the purpose of the show is to look for love.
On the other hand, some believed that Usman was upset at Chantel for not really knowing who he is and his artistry and music. Some also made fun of him by saying that his ex Kim Menzies is perhaps is only fan. So, he should focus on building bonds instead of going after the ones who don’t feel good about him or have been questioning his character. There is a whole discourse about it on social media.
